Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Satisfaction Guarantee

We strive to provide the best resolution for your technical issues. If our technicians are unable to resolve the primary issue stated during your consultation, you may be eligible for a refund.

2. Incident-Based Plans

For one-time support incidents, refunds must be requested within 7 days of the service date. If the issue recurs within this period, we will re-service the device at no extra charge. If we still cannot fix it, a refund will be processed.

3. Non-Refundable Services

Please note that any software licenses or hardware purchased through us are non-refundable once installed or delivered.
